I am building a static model of stirling moss,s 1961 monaco winning lotus 18
I am using a penelope pitlane body kit ,and if you remember this was the one with the side body panels missing so the chassis was exposed
Now does anyone know what colour the chassis tubes were painted
My recolllection is the Loti of that era have the tubes painted grey
however all the pictures (B and W) that I have access to, make it look darker ie black, does any one know if that is the case?
