So my builds for Bordo 2016 are starting

A few years back I had to consolidate my collecting, and subsequently settled on collecting and builkding 40-70 Ferrari's and.... CAN AM

I just love these cars. The only ones I have seen in the flesh are the Ferrari p4/350 Can Am when it visited SA in the 67 9 Hours, Lola T70 and Mclaren M1B which also raced in SA in the Springbok Series..... and even though only saw these few, they made a huge impression on me.

A couple of years back, I was able to buy around 60 fibreglass Can AM bodies on the forum here, and have added to them over the years so I have a few to choose from.

Decisions decisions.....

Ferrari 612,Chappy 2G, Mclaren M1B , Ferrari 350 can am.

After some deliberation decided on 612 Ferrari and the Honker

So far have spent a few hours sanding and priming with a few hours to go still....

These are 1/32 . My 1/24th choices are more limited - Lotus 40 Mclaren MiB, Chapparal 2 and Mclaren M8B (if years are correct onl last one)

I love this group of cars - so if anyone else has built these cars, or is building - please feel free to share as well.....
