What do I have here?

I found out about a local race. It is a "timed" race in that you have to try to guess what time you will run on the track and stick to it as closely as possible. So performance is not a real issue...

The rules are simple. They give you the body (1/24), it has to have a 13D motor and PU tires on the rear.

I found this on my shelf under a NASCAR and while I can identify the motor (FOX FK130SH) I have no clue what the chassis is, the guide etc.

It doesn't really matter too much but I like the way it is built and if I do well may want to get more.

I didn't see any markings but I didn't check well...
