As the title suggests I've been making new parts to revive some of my old (and new) slot cars with my 3D printer. I got hold of an E3D V6 hotend that has interchangeable nozzles and installed a 0.25mm for fine detail work. Its incredible the detail I can get, I never imagined I'd be able to print wing mirrors but I can and they look great. below are a few I've been playing with getting the printer set up correctly.
I've been making them in 2 parts so that I can install a brake disk in the middle, I can also make them as inserts for alloy wheels if need be, Actually I can make them as anything I have CAD software and a 3D printer lol
