My first try at the Betta and Classic fibreglass bodyshells, at £10 each they are nicely priced, plus there was a little extra off thanks to the slotforum plus discount.
Though cold outside, thanks to some sunshine over the Christmas period I was able to get these both sprayed in the garden.
The first car is the Alfa Romeo 2900B, I used the dremel to open up the wheel arches and fitted body mounts for the chassis.
I do need to get some new driver heads as the ones used are little too large. The chassis is a PCS32 with the wheels from a Scalextric GP legends car.

The next is the Connaught Streamliner, I really like the shape of this car. As with the Alfa the wheel arches needed to be opened up and body mounts fitted. The driver figure is a Cartrix driver and the wheels are Cartrix Wobbly Webs, probably not correct for this car, but I've been wanting to use these wheels for ages.

Looking forward to getting some more of these shells, perhaps get the Lister next.
