Feeling a little bored waiting for some more bits to arrive from eBay...
I downloaded a paper BMW Series 8 to put onto a chassis that I have but couldn't find a suitable body for.
It's the spare chassis that comes with a Slot.It Mazda but it has long wheelbase. I also had a pod from a Racer Sideways Capri, some alloy rear wheels from who knows where, Urethane tyres from a club member, front wheels and tyres from a Scalextric XJ220 - real ol' mash-up.
The paper plans needed a bit of scaling to the right wheelbase and some cutting of the front and rear valences after fitting to clear the track. Pretty nasty workmanship on this one but hey ho, it's just an experiment.
Should last about week!
