I felt I had to do something about these before the Group 5 batch.
They are 1/24 AutoArt, originally four wheel drive.
Thankfully the GT-R versions are rear wheel drive - so that awful beast they came with can be safely scrapped.
To keep with the other cars they willget ordinary "yellow" Carrera big cans instead.

I'm not going to review anything - bit I will mention the totally butched Holinger Transmission decorative graphic.
That I've done the Murciélago in dark metallic blue isn't the reason for that.
That graphic should have been the centerpiece of this livré.
But... the cogwheel part is first far to thick in the lines and second a bright white - instead of neat lines in light gray (silver).
... and it should've been a one piece graphic - text and art together.
My solution, which I think look rather nice, was to move the text to the doors.
The original position start where the cogs meet and forward through the smaller ones cogs.
The Gallardo's roof air intake come from another AutoArt, the Citroën Xsara WRC.
What rear wings they will get is a coming question to be solved.
I do have an other problem thou, one that someone here might be able help me with....?
I would like to have the Murciélago wheel/axle sets for the Gallardo too.
Anyone that could help me with that?
Please PM me of so.
Ah, yes. Other AutoArt I've been working on.
The Ford GT runs very well, again with a Carrera motor mounted I it.
And I got the decals for it to.
I even think there's enough to make both of the Matech cars, both #60 and #61 for Le Mans 24H. Strangely enough no driver names thou.
Anyhow, if someone would like the #60 half, PM me.
All these decals are Patto's Peel'nStick.
