Finally got around to adding another Can Am car to the Classic collection. This time a Jim Hall Chaparral 2 G that unfortunately was the car that ended Hall's Driving career.
I cast a resin shell and then did a fair amount of work to the air supply duct work. Decals were printed on a a laser printer, and the Glass I vacuum formed. Rear tires are my own ureathane casting, and the whole thing sits on a Gift card chassis with a sidewinder pod.
Machined aluminum wheels with photoetch inserts are from a 1/43 scale model supplier, but work good for slot cars.
The driver is also a casting of mine.
