Here are a couple of builds using my latest kit - the Alfa Romeo P3. I wanted to do a Nuvolari version so have used an Immense miniatures Nuvolari figure head grafted onto one of my driver bodies with short sleeves
Heres the figures..

You can see here how tall the immense miniatures figure is but the likeness is so good had to use it in my build
And after surgery

Everything else in these builds uses the standard body kit contents.
The resin body kit was produced from a master I created some time ago, here a few pics of that in progress
Scale plans glued to the balsa buck..

Basic shape created then detail bits get added

Then when I think I can go no further with the balsa pattern I take a cast and add all the other fine detail. Once thats finished it becomes the production pattern, tools can be made and kits can be produced .

So now I have the kits and the driver figure for Nuvolaris car sorted I can start to put these together.
One thing I have noticed since going into production with this kit is I havent left enough room for and Alfa badge at the front. This will be rectified the next time I have to remake the tools. So for these two I cut off the filler cap and repositioned it to make room for an Alfa badge

Not a big job but annoying all the same.

Ive used quite a dark red as its what I had. You could talk about the correct shade of red all day, no one knows the colour these cars were so its best to pick a red that suits you and go with it. Personally the shade Ive painted these is in my opinion too dark as I think these cars were quite a bright red but its all I had at the time
Some of the detail paintwork going on. One will be a finish line weathered finish, the Nuvolari car a cleaner finish

Alfa badges were printed onto normal paper, cut out and glued on with PVA.

Cars finished sitting on Shadowfax Golden Era chassis, just waiting for the driver figures to be added

Drivers figures installed and pretty much finished, the figures still need some more detailing and looking at the pictures need to add some vents around the grille, must of got distracted before I finished those! Anyway hope you like the pics...
