I thought about finding a resin mould, but then found a ninco rally version on eBay for cheep and thought a repaint would be better. As a bonus, I'd considered previously putting a wing on the 1:1 car so imagined what it would be like if I'd remade it as a full track day car.

Admittedly painting a model black isn't the most exciting project in the world, so I concentrated on detailing the interior for now. My next step will be to install front and rear lights. For a chuckle, I may also try some fast and furious style under floor lighting (as much as anything, to see if I can do it and see how it looks).
